Compensation & Benefits: * Job Type: Full-time * Pay Range: $60,000 to $150,000 * 401(k) matching * Profit Sharing * Health insurance * Health savings account * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life insurance (company paid) * Employee purchase discount program * Paid time off Sales Consultant Job Requirements: * Providing top-notch service throughout the customer’s buying experience. * Spend time with customers to help determine their needs and discuss the best vehicle options. * Commit to becoming an automotive expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology. * Communicating effectively with persistent in-person, over the phone, text, and email follow-up. * Basic computer skills: using various provided software as selling tools. * Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training and open to constructive feedback. * We are closed on Sunday but do require Saturday availability and 2 evenings a week. You can expect one day off during the week and up to two Saturdays off each month based on production goals being exceeded. * Maintain sales floor and lot organization, ensuring products are neatly displayed. * Leverage social media to promote vehicles, generate sale opportunities, and attract business.
