Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and preferences to effectively recommend appropriate vehicles.

Present and demonstrate vehicle features and options, including test drives.

Stay current on product knowledge, including vehicle specs, trim levels, financing, and promotions.

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final paperwork.
*
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
*
Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
*
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales logs, and inventory updates.
*
Participate in sales training and dealership meetings.
Qualifications:
*
Previous experience in automotive sales minimum of 2 years car sales experience
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
*
Professional appearance and attitude.
*
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
