The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Collision Center Office Assistant . This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Napleton's Wyoming Valley Collision Center , the Office Assistant is critical to out customer's experience and profitability of the business. The Office Assistant isresponsible for working directly with our guests and insurance agencies, calculating bills, processing payments, collections and other general office duties. The ideal candidate must have proficient communication skills, knowledge of basic MS Office programs and customer-focused.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and insurance companies
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Working along side both production and accounting teams to ensure billing is accurate and up to date

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Office or cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient use of computers and MS Office programs
• Professional appearance.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
