JewishColumbus is the only organization in Columbus solely focused on meeting the diverse needs of our Jewish community. As our community grows and evolves, so must our strategy for investing community-raised funds. The Director of Community Planning plays a critical leadership role in shaping how these dollars are strategically directed to create meaningful, measurable impact. This leader will oversee planning efforts to ensure every investment aligns with community priorities and delivers clear outcomes – and manages one direct report, Community Investment Specialist – who supports this work. In partnership with colleagues and stakeholders, the Director will also develop compelling impact metrics and stories—tools that will enable our marketing team to effectively demonstrate the value and results of our work to both the community and our dono

  • urces.Explore innovative and nontraditional approaches to investing in the community to maximize impact and meet evolving
  • needs.Work closely with Community Impact Committee (CIC) Chair and JewishColumbus leadership to design the annual framework for partner conversa

tions.
