We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Documentation Specialist to support our team by organizing, formatting, and maintaining various types of documents. This is a low-stress, remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and have strong written communication and organization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation

  • Format and edit documents for consistency (e.g., reports, manuals, spreadsheets)

  • Convert handwritten or scanned notes into typed documents

  • Label and categorize documents for easy retrieval

  • Follow document templates and style guidelines

  • Ensure accuracy and proper version control of documents

  • Perform basic proofreading for grammar and clarity

  • Assist with uploading and storing files in shared folders or document management systems


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar tools

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Basic knowledge of file management (naming, organizing folders, etc.)

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

  • Good written communication skills
