Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team in Dallas, dedicated to enhancing our organization's visibility and engagement through effective communication strategies.
Job: Full time
Salary range: $21.50 - $29.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and edit internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
* Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather and highlight key stories and accomplishments.
* Monitor media coverage and track analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
* Coordinate logistics for events, including promotional materials and media outreach.
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Proven experience in writing, editing, and content creation for diverse audiences.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Familiarity with media relations and outreach techniques.
