Job Description

Executive Assistant is required within a growing Technology business based in Dallas.

We are looking for someone who has specifically supported Technology leaders (Head's of Engineering, CTO's, Head's of Data Science, Heads of IT etc.) within an EA capacity for several years.

You will initially support two Tech leaders who are crucial to the expansion of this organisation within the US. The company are one of the most cutting edge tech firms globally and they are growing their US office by 50% in the next two years.

What you'll be doing:

• Calendar management for two Tech execs
• Liaise with execs to effectively prepare for meetings
• Respond to communications and document requests on behalf of execs
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for execs

What experience you'll bring:

• Extensive experience building and preparing slide decks for exec meetings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple execs diaries at once
