Responsibilities include: - Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Actively participate in outreach to build personal caseload.
- Assisting the Clinic Director with general tasks and responsibilities (As our clinic continues to grow, so will this role!)
Required Qualifications and Skills: - Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Full Clinical licensure. Must maintain active license.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- See couples, families, and children as part of full-time caseload
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
***Experience working with children, teens, and/or couples a plus!!!*** Here's some additional information you should know about the position: - You'll be expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week as a full-time therapist
- While there's flexibility for a partial remote schedule, you must be able to provide in-office counseling as well.
- Some evenings and Saturdays may be required, though you'll have the flexibility to choose your preferred times.
- We offer regular one-on-one meetings with the clinical director, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
