Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact presentations for executives using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Translate strategic messaging into clean, compelling visual narratives.
  • Create custom graphics, charts, and layouts that simplify complex information.
  • Work directly with C-suite executives to understand communication goals and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and design teams to align content and visuals.
  • Maintain and evolve executive presentation templates and asset libraries.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Prepare presentations for live and virtual delivery, optimizing for both formats.
  • Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills & Abilities:

  • 3 years experience as a Presentation Designer.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation and visual storytelling work.
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate complex data or messaging into simplified visuals.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, error-free work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive or high-level content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.
  • Understanding of corporate branding, tone, and audience-specific design

The Presentation Designer plays a critical role in transforming complex executive messaging into clear, engaging, and visually impactful presentations. This individual will support senior leadership by creating high-quality, branded decks using PowerPoint and Google Slides, helping to craft compelling narratives for internal and external audiences. This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role that requires a deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand alignment, and executive-level communication. 3–5+ years of experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, or communication design.

Compensation:

$40/hr to $44/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
