Regional Marketing Manager Wanted!

HomeTown Services is a residential services provider in the South Central U.S. that provides homeowners with the highest-quality heating, AC, plumbing, and electrical repair and replacement services.

COP HomeTown Services is currently looking for a dedicated, qualified individual to join our Marketing Department as a Regional Marketing Manager. This role will support the Chief Marketing Officer, and other senior leaders, to develop and execute marketing strategy and lead generating initiatives. Ideal candidates for this role will have previously been responsible for direct to customer lead generation projects, while also analyzing the data to adjust accordingly.

Major Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and budget.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute a media channel plan (offline and online) with the optimal budget distributions.
  • Manage and continually evaluate agencies against defined metrics; reevaluate as needed.
  • Manage and optimize print advertising campaigns, including newspaper ads, magazine placements, brochures, and direct mail.
  • Manage and optimize digital spend – SEM and SEO.
  • Develop creative materials to fulfill the media plan that align with brand positioning strategy.
  • Partner with field marketing teams to design, execute and optimize email campaigns
  • Partner with call center to 1) keep them informed of all ongoing promotions and brand promises and 2) leverage CSR outbound activity for lead gen as needed.
  • Develop local marketing strategies.
  • Manage and track the budget for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, creative agencies, vendors, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Develop trusted relationships with General Managers that makes them feel they are being taken care of.
  • Build relationships with agencies to engender a partnership culture while holding them accountable for results.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
