About the Role:
As a Sushi Chef, you'll take center stage in crafting high-quality sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision and creativity. We're looking for someone with strong knife skills, deep knowledge of traditional techniques, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present sushi and sashimi with speed and artistry

Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation

Manage inventory, prep, and ordering of sushi bar ingredients

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols are followed

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and seasonal specials

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sushi Chef

Expertise in fish handling, cutting techniques, and sushi rice preparation

Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and culinary techniques

Attention to detail and dedication to consistency

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills
