We are seeking an experienced Semi Truck / Body Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing semi-trucks, trailers, and straight trucks to meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with the body shop team to ensure efficient workflow and maximize paint booth productivity.

What You’ll Do:
Prep, tape, and mask Dry Van Trailers, semi-trucks, and straight trucks as needed.
Mix paints to achieve accurate color matches.
Apply paint using single-stage application methods.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
Follow shop workflow processes to maximize paint booth utilization.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in automotive, truck, or fleet painting.
Strong, consistent work history with at least 2+ years at one employer.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of paint mixing, prep, and spray techniques for large vehicles.
Competitive hourly pay ($22–$36/hour) with annual reviews and pay evaluation
