Salary and Compensation
We are paid by our effort and not the hour with a commission-based position. The average first-year commissions range between $65,000 - $95,000. This structure eliminates the glass ceiling and gives each agent the opportunity to take control of their income.

Position Overview
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow! You will work diligently to provide financial security for families when they need it the most. This is accomplished by meeting with clients over the phone or using a virtual platform to discuss their needs. By asking questions, you will discover any gaps they currently have versus what they might need to secure their family's financial future.
