Title: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Office Time: 3 times a week

Note: We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist with extensive implementation experience in CyberArk or Beyond Trust. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions to enhance our security posture and protect sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of PAM solutions, specifically CyberArk or Beyond Trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and define PAM requirements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain PAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze privileged access activities to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on PAM tools and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to PAM and cybersecurity.
• Participate in incident response and remediation efforts related to privileged access breaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [8 to 10] years of experience in Privileged Access Management, with a focus on CyberArk or Beyond Trust.
• Strong understanding of PAM concepts, best practices, and security frameworks.
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions is a plus.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, Beyond Trust Certified Professional) are preferred
